Accounts Plan

Authentication is planned rather than active in this version.

Planned next step: add login and an account area so multiple clinicians can use the tool.

Storage rule planned for rollout: standard users keep up to 2 terms of roster data; your account can remain unlimited.

Implementation path: sign-in, per-user import storage quota, and account-level import management in the Files view.
